So if I'm currrently using 2.3.2, I shouldn't upgrade? Does 2.3.3
contain bugs not present in 2.3.2?

Can you describe the changes? I build my systems from source, and the
current tarballs work well for me. But my way is different from most,
and I wonder whether these changes might cause problems for me.
