I will do it this time, but I *really* dislike it!  It basically means
that I have to report bugs twice, the first time to the `official'
bug-glibc address, and a second time to fill out the bugzilla form.

Please improve that!  You could distribute a form with glibc (`--help'
should then say `please use the form bug-glibc.txt to report bugs to
address@hidden' and the same should go to all relevant snippets)
which can be sent to bug-glibc, and which is, at the same time, added
to the bugzilla database.
