I work with RBA Zentralbank, bern, switzerland and I
am contacting you independently of our investigation
and no one is informed of this communication.

In November 1999, an italian Oil consultant/contractor
with the Chinese Solid Minerals Corporation, had a
financial portfolio with accrued profit and interest
standing at 9.2 million United States Dollars, which
he requested be liquidated from his accounts and have
it deposited with our affiliate investment and securities
firm, RBA FINANZ for a good investment interest rate
(call deposit) as advised by me at that time. I
undertook all the processes and ensured I followed his
precise Instructions to the letter and had the funds
deposited at RBA FINANZ. All quarterly routine
notification to his forwarding address in france and
china returned no reply. I discovered later from his
contract employers, the Chinese Solid Minerals
Corporation, that this client died alongside his whole
family, from an airplane crash. We immediately
launched an investigation into possible surviving next
of kin to alert about the situation and also to come
forward to claim his estate. In his bio-data form, he
listed no next of kin. In the field of private
banking, opening an account with us means no one will
know of its existence, accounts are rarely held under
a name; depositors use numbers and codes to make the
accounts anonymous. This investigation has for the
past months been unfruitful. This huge abandoned sum
is being rolled over at the end of each year. No one
will ever come forward to claim it. At the end of this
fiscal year according to the Laws here in my bank, the
deposit will be declared unserviceable and will revert
to the ownership of the board of my bank if nobody
applies to claim the funds at maturity. 

Please note that, I alone have the deposit details and
I am prepared to share the deposit with you in halves
plus interest accrued till date. That is: I will
simply nominate you as the next of kin and have RBA
FINANZ Release the deposit to you and we share the
proceeds 50/50. I would have gone ahead to ask the
funds be released to me, but that would draw a
straight line to me and my involvement in claiming the
deposit. I assure you that with all legal paperwork
secured in your favor and drawn up in my bank, the
deposit should be released to you within a few days. 

I now seek your permission to have you stand as a next
of kin to the deceased as all documentations will be
carefully worked out by me for the deposit to be
released in your favor as the beneficiary next of kin.
Please acknowledge receipt of this message in
acceptance of our mutual business endeavor by
furnishing me with your full names, address and
confidential direct phone numbers as well as email
address for communication. 

These requirements will enable us file letters of
claim to the appropriate departments for necessary
approvals in your favor for the deposit to be released
to you. We both stand to be well compensated on final
conclusion of this project, I intend to go into
lucrative investments with you as the funds manager,
that is if you are willing. If this business endeavor
is acceptable by you, do not take undue advantage of
the trust I bestow in you.
