May the peace of  Our Good Shepard and Lord shower upon you and your 
entire Family. There is nothing whatever like unto Him, and He is the One 
that hears and sees (all things).

I am  Mrs. Suha Daoud Arafat, née Suha Daoud Tawil, (a.k.a. Soussou), 
42 years of age ,a  Palestinian by Nationality  and the widow of the
late Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat., who died on November
11, 2004.

All, I require from you in regards to my contacting you at this point
in time is honesty and sincerity to assist me make claims of some funds,
my husband's did deposited abroad, for my Non- Governmental
Humanitarian  Pet project activities for the Disabled and Less priveledge and our
only daughther,Zahwa, as other deposits documents have been confiscated
and seized by the respective boards of the Palestine Liberation
Orgaization(PLO) and Al-Fatah, as Muhammad Rashid, my Late husband’s confidant
and adviser has been advised and ordered to prepare a list of  my late
husband and our ailing leader’s fortune.

But, this particular,one is the only one they could not source out, as
the documents were hidden with one of my Late husband’s close
confidant, Who does not support the attitude of the Al-Fatah and the PLO. The
Amount being deposited  about Euros-152,500,000.00 (One Hundred and
Fifty-Two Million, Five Hundred European Euros,Only.
And this money has been lodged with abroad  by his associates, in my
personal informations. After the demise of my Late husband, his close
confidant intimated me of this deposit documents and claim, as the
disputes is outgrowing day in day out, everyday. So, because, of this, he has
given me the go ahead and source for someone, who is not a family
friend nor member/associates of the PLO or Al-Fatah to make claim of this
deposits, on my behalf and invest it.

Dear,whatever is in the heavens and on earth, do declare His praises
and glory. And He is the Exalted in Might,Thé Wise and I strongly beleive
that God Almighty is our great comforter and Guide, forever and ever.

Please, I will be looking forward for your concern and care, on this
remaining assets of ours, and God will bless you, according to his divine
riches and glory.
