Dear Sir,

It is my plessure reaching you through this mail. My name is Mr.
Thomson, Egobia, i head a three men committee in charge of foreign
contract with the N.N.P.C. Three years back, contract was awarded to
verious contractors all over the world, these contracts has been fully
excuted by the contractors and some of the contractors has been fully
paid off why other are in proces to receive there contract payment.

Durring these proces, we the committee over-inflatted some contract
funds which came up to the sum of US$25.M,this over-inflatted funds is
now approved by the committee and the APEX BANK in LONDON were the
funds are, is ready to pay the contractor we present since we are the
committee that awarded the contract but will need an approval from the
CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA (C.B.N) to prove you as the contractor.

As the head of the committee,(CONTRACT AWARD  COMMITTEE) we shall
secure all required documents on your behalf once you assure us of your
sincere honesty and co-operation of being faithful when the funds
finanlly hit your account as the contract. We the committee have
discussed and agreed that the sharing ratio will be negotiable since
you will be playing a major role by providing your banking detials,
since our account cannot receive foreign currency based on our
governmental policy as civil cervant. Generally, we have discussed and
agreed that 5% will be set aside for all sundry expensses as it is a
collective effort.

Note carefully, that having invested over 20years in the service of the
government will not want my image and carieer dented, so we have to
trat this transaction with utmost secrecy and trust.upon the reciept of
your mail wwill explain further. We await your quick response through
