FOREIGNER NEEDED

I am very  pleased   to  make this proposal to you  as a matter of necessity 
considering my ugly  position over two months now.  Let me first introduce my 
self.  My name is Faure Eyadema  I am 39 years. I am from Togo in  Africa.  I  
studied at France's Sorbonne University and has an MBA from the George 
Washington University in the United States. I am a business man. 

I recently took over a presidential seat of my country after the sudden death 
of my father. 

However after  one month, pressures started coming from  African countries 
calling for my resignation. For peace to reign , I surrendered the seat. I was 
restricted  to travel outside Togo and I and my family are placed in this 
restriction  under close surveillance till further notice.

My purpose of writing this letter is for you   assist me secure(Receive and 
Bank) some money in your country for safe keeping and  future  investment 
pending when  I will free from this ugly condition.  This money I arranged in a 
security vault and deposited in a security company in Togo.  This money I 
arranged  together with some important family values and deposited in the 
security company. I told the deposit manager that I will move the consignments  
to abroad as soon as I finishes an arrangement with my friend/business partner  
who will receive them on my behalf.  The company did not know the real content 
of the consignment. I told them that it was diamond and family values moving 
abroad for security purpose. I deposited it with open beneficiary so that any 
of my family member/friend/business partner  can come for the claim if am not 
available. But this is no more possible  for us here since all my family is now 
restricted from travelling till further notice. Hence I decided to seek your 
participation to assist me receive this money and lodge it in a reliable bank 
account to ensure its safety.

Should you help me in this issue, I will   compensate  you with 15% of the 
total sum of the money for assisting me,  5 % will be deducted  for any 
expenses we incurred during this transaction and 80% will be for me and my 
family to settle down in your country  and start my business investment.
