RE: REPATRIATION OF FUND

immediate repatriation of the above referenced fund and having been listed 
in category "A" foreign creditors, you are by this notice informed that your 
assitance is required in receiving the approved  abandoned fund in our

oil contractor in Lagos. All efforts to locate any of the deceased relations 
through the embassy was unsucessful. Iam seeking your consent to present you

Dollars  can  be paid to you then we  can share  the money in this ratio, 
60% to us and 40% to you.
