and Exchange Commission will supply the first while the second code will
be supplid by the Loan Administrator. Due to complications and  fraud that
have arisen by the misrepresentations within the Nigerian Financial Institutions
and Government  Agencies,it became necessary to administer payment directly
to beneficiaries  through an Independent Agent in London, United Kingdom.
