Yes, probably. The glibc project is not maintaining the manual pages,
but the texinfo dokumentation, so the content of the manual pages are
not considered important by the glibc maintainers. :/
So you should check the glibc texinfo documentation and the standard
spec, and update the manual pages based on the info you find there. :)
