Curtis Jones,

A lot has happened between the time you got my proposal and now. He has
been convicted by the Russian government ;I wouldn't  want to dwell on
that but I want you know that we have a good opening now to re-profile
the funds.

I need to know if  I can count on your assistance and involvement.
