Hi, On a fairly new 500Mhz K6 the file "mpn/mod_1.asm" causes an "Illegal Instruction" error. This is also reported on a machine described by my friend as a "P166" - not necessarily Intel ! So I re-configured with "--target=none" and all is fine. James
