Looking for precompiled GMP for msvc and Borland bcc

Hello,

The CGAL project (Computational Geometry Algorithm Library)
uses the exact programming paradigm and therefore uses
number types from GMP, CORE, LEDA.

Are there precompiled versions of the GMP library around
that work with Visual C++ and Borland bcc?
