Hi, My name is Manuel Pöter and I'm a 17 year old student from vienna (Austria)I'm very interested in cryptography espacially in public-key alorithms and those algorithms need large Integers. The only thing is, that I don't really like the language C - i prefer Delphi. So I wanted to ask if I'm allowed to translated the GMP to Delphi and publish this translation.
