Using the GMP library on Win32 Platforms

Hello.
I really like the GMP library, and sorry but I could not find any other address 
to send to. Now, I run Windows XP at home and use both Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0 
and Borland Command Line C++ 5. How can I compile and use the library on a 
Windows platform, because following all the instructions it seems that the 
commands are in Linux form. So is there any way I can compile the library under 
Windows with the tools I have?
