HTML manuals for gmp-4.0.1 are a royal mess !!

All HTML-formatted pages reachable from here:

are a mess.  Try, for example this:

http://www.gnu.org/manual/gmp-4.0.1/html_mono/gmp.html

and click on "12. C++ Class Interface".  You end up reading "12.7 C++
Interface Limitations" instead.

click on "6. Rational Number Functions", nothing happens.

etc...

Behavior of http://www.gnu.org/manual/gmp-4.0.1/html_chapter/gmp_toc.html

is also erratic: click on "6. Rational Number Functions", end up reading "7.
Floating-point Functions".

Behavior of http://www.gnu.org/manual/gmp-4.0.1/html_node/gmp_toc.html
seems to be the same as above.

The errors start somewhere between "5.11 Logical and Bit Manipulation
Functions" which works fine, and "5.12 Input and Output Functions", which
leads to "6.4 Comparison Functions"
