you write:
lib /machine:IX86 /def:_libs/libgmp-3.dll-def
but it should be
lib /machine:IX86 /def:.libs/libgmp-3.dll-def
This is a small difference, but as installation on windows is
everything but easy, it adds to the complexity of the task ==:>-
(this is not a complaint, this platform is a pain in the ass,
we know it from the CGAL project).
