When a column is not wide enough to show content then the content is cut off
and a ... character appears beside it.
To make it easy to see the full content add a mouse over, so when mouse is over
this character or other character of the cut of content, a tooltip appears
showing the full content of the cell.
To make it easy to resize a column to fit content, if the user clicks the ...
character then a popup menu can appear with an item like 'Resize column to fit
content', so it can be done with a single click.
