Bugs in LilyPond

I've found a few bugs in LilyPond version 1.3.46.jbr1 (Windows 95):

Firstly, there is a minor bug with a brace in line 50 (" } ") in the 
deutsch.ly file which makes LilyPond crash when using " \include 
"deutsch.ly"; ".

It can be corrected by simply deleting the brace.

[2]

When creating a MIDI file with LilyPond it makes a " .midi " file extension. 
That is inexpedient because the file extension " .mid " with 3 characters is 
more commonly used by other programs.

There seems to be a problem with the fonts as well. When running the 
LilyPond " .tex " output file through TeX, the same error messages appear 
again and again (I have tried with other LilyPond files as well and they 
have same error listing).

I haven't made any adjustments with the fonts and I have recently installed 
both MikTeX and LilyPond without making changes with the programs. So it 
seems to be a default problem.

The result is that I can't get a correct typesetting image (dvi file) when 
running the LilyPond file through TeX. Clefs, key signs and the noteheads 
doesn't appear!
