[Bug-gnu-radius] gnuradius 0.96.2 SecurID and Sybase

Dear gnu-radius maintainers

I am currently adding SecurID and Sybase fuctionality to gnu-radius-0.96.2. In
an attempt to make the subsequent integration as easy as possible for the
maintainers I have been attempting to make the changes to the Makefile.am and
configure.in files etc.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a combination of automake and
autoconf that work together: Older automake's complain that the AM_PROG_LIBTOOL
is not defined and changing it to AC_PROG_LIBTOOL causes autoconf to complain.
Updating to the latest autoconf and automake causes other failures.

Any pointers would be gratefully accepted.

I will continue to update the *.am files but fix the *.in files as well and
skip any automake steps.

Is this the correct address to send the SecurID and Sybase code to?

Steve
