Note, that the handling of attributes and user profiles in GNU radius
differs considerably from that in other radiuses. Whether or not an
attribute should override the previous instances of the same attribute
is decided based on this attribute property called "additivity". See
the documentation for a description of how it works. In your case,
if you wish the subsequent additions of Ascend-Assign-IP-Pool to
override the previous ones, you should explicitly mark this attribute
as having "Replace" additivity. In your dictionary file:

ATTRIBUTE Ascend-Assign-IP-Pool 218     integer - [-RLR--]=
