Yes, so far there was no possibility to disable listening on a
particular port.

Thanks, that's an interesting proposal. However, I'd prefer to let the
user explicitely disable unwanted ports by speciying `listen no'. That
seems to be less error prone. The corresponding mods have been added to
the CVS repository.
