You find the first alpha version of the GNU libtextstyle library in
https://www.haible.de/bruno/gnu/libtextstyle-0.5.tar.gz
It is pretty complete (including documentation and sample programs), but
there are a few minor TODOs still.
This is AWESOME! :))
