Ah, good point. Somehow running the test was not enabled in the release.
Fixed in SVN 26253.

Theose 'not implemented' warnings are both expected, but the test should
still pass -- and does so on my systems.  Still, I do recall in the past
having reports about this test "sometimes" (randomly, rarely) failing,
even though it should not. So we'll need to keep an eye on that one.
Nevertheless, the overall system itself should still (at least mostly)
work, even if this test fails: this is not a test that is usually
indicative of a problem with your build or platform.
