True, I should have elaborated more. While I see what the Gnuzilla
project is attempting to accomplish, I feel that there are better ways
to provide complete freedom from the bonds of licensing and closed
source oppression instead of just completely forking off. I'd much
rather see some type of work done in conjunction with upstream
(Mozilla) to meet the needs of the project.

Work is already in progress to replace the closed source, non-free
crash reporting tool (Talkback --
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crash_reporter#Talkback)
with a completely free (both free software and free ice cream) program
(Airbag -- http://code.google.com/p/airbag/).

The Plugin Finder Service (PFS) URL preference can easily be changed to
allow the running of a PFS server that only distributes free software
versions of plugins.

Your privacy modifications would be a nice attention to the upstream
code, so I'd like to request that you do your best to add them upstream
to the base code of Firefox. It would be much appreciated. :)

I just hope that everybody can work together to find a better solution
instead of just trying to fork off the codebase.
