Build issues

Hi guys,

Trying to get Iceweasel to compile. I'm using Debian etch. Took a
fresh copy of the Firefox source, ran the removal script, then applied
your latest changes from CVS.

Discovered an additional required library: libIDL. After installing
that, configure went ok.

The compile stopped when it couldn't find one of these icons:
/browser/app/mozicon128.png
/browser/app/mozicon16.xpm
/browser/app/mozicon50.xpm

So I looked up the license for them...

"The default logos in CVS which are built into Firefox and Thunderbird
by default (i.e. the globe without the fox, and the original blue
bird) are explicitly not protected as Mozilla trademarks. The files
themselves are available under the mozilla.org tri-license; you can do
anything you like with them under those terms."
http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/trademarks/faq.html

It looks like those icons are okay to leave in. I'm going to put them
back and try again.

Regards,
Sean
