Hi. The .mozconfig file is used for extra configuration options, when
you are compiling the source code. Before you get a binary, the source
code is just a bunch of plain text files, not executable code at all.
It first needs to be compiled into machine code (binary).
So .mozconfig has no effect after the binary has been created.
