It depends if you want to be a good C developer or just a C developer :)

Nothing so difficult, just enable it in the .mozconfig file
ac_add_options --enable-svg and recompile IceWeasel, anyway, I am investigating
this and hopefully I will add it in the next version I will upload. I am
trying to upgrade current package to 1.5.0.8, they fixed some bugs.
