Thanks for writing.

    I'd be happy if it was possible, in a near future, to share our
    efforts on the "IceLizards" programs.

We also would be very happy to do so.  In fact, I'd say it's near
mandatory that we not duplicate efforts :).

Do you have a source repository where you have been making separate
patches?  That is, things that we should re-import into ours?

It remains unclear to us how best to handle the infrastructure.
Importing the entire mozilla source tree into savannah cvs would make it
easier to work on iceweasel as a separate entity, but seems like it
would actually make it harder to integrate new releases.  And CVS is not
at its best with such a huge tree.  (With such a huge tree, nothing will
be easy, but CVS is probably one of the hardest.)

Alexander (Sack) suggested using git, which sounded interesting, but
neither Giuseppe nor I are familiar with it, so someone else would need
to take the lead on it.

Do you have any thoughts about all this?
