Add a locale to Icecat

Hi.

know that I can compile Icecat, I want to add the pt-PT locale to the 
source, so I can compile it with the European Portuguese language. But 
I keep getting an error.

I've used the following reference to fetch the locale: http://
developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Patching_a_Localization

Is IceCat prepared to add another locale and just compile it or does it 
need some modifications?
