Launchpad PPA for Icecat 64bit

Hello.

Since I don't have an host to upload the 64bit Icecat package, I thought I 
should give a try to Launchpad. But that didn't work that well, because I can 
send source packages but I can't get them compiled - or even accepted, for 
that matter.

The problem is not in the dependencies, because I'm using Icecat's deb package 
with tweaks only to remove gnash and libswfdec dependencies.

I've followed Launchpad wiki instructions, but it's just not working.

Anyone who was able to create successfully a PPA can give me some hints on 
this, please?
