Short: Plugin recommends non-free software "Get FoxyProxy Plus"

When I installed FoxyProxy, it said in the statusbar
> FoxyProxy: Disabled

then when I clicked it I noticed that it recommends non-free software
by the button

.. which takes me to a link that shows software which is non-free(non-libre)
... so it is recommending non-free software.

Normally either I or anyone else who is interested in using it would,
(I guess) change it so it doesn't recommend any non-free software.
