Incorrect download links for 3.6.7 release

Greetings,

There was IceCat 3.6.7 release announcement[1] in info-gnu@ mailing
list. But it contains incorrect download links:

  ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/icecat-3.6.7.tar.xz

instead of:

  ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/3.6.7/icecat-3.6.7.tar.xz

and so on.

I understand that links in Downloads section of GNUzilla's website
will lead to gnuzilla's FTP root, so user can find needed distributions
by himself, but I need to remark that announcement has mistakes.
