GNU IceCat pointing to microsoft.com

How to reproduce:

0) Visit http://www.snapkeys.com/en/imaginaryinterface/letters
1) Click on the "Click here to download plugin." gray box.
2) GNU IceCat's plugin finder service will pop up and it won't find a suitable 
plugin.
3) Click on "Manual Install"

What happens: I got redirected to 
https://www.microsoft.com/Windows/Downloads/Contents/MediaPlayer/

What was expected: probably not getting redirected to microsoft.com

This happens with the release of GNU IceCat 4.0.

ps: I might take a look at the i18n xpi files during the weekend to see if I 
can work on a new version of IceCatTranslate.
