preprocessor.pl missing?

Hi, I'm trying to package icecat with PGO support[0] for Parabola, but it fails
at two points, the second of which I'm stuck.

First, it builds ok but fails at finding crash reporter locales, even though
it's disabled on mozconfig. I solved this by removing the line #194 on
icecat-6.0/browser/locales/Makefile.in (not reflected on the build files
I linked).

Once that line is removed, the build continues fine but fails at running
`/usr/bin/perl /build/src/icecat-6.0/config/preprocessor.pl [really long serie
of flags]` because the script doesn't exists. This file is not on icecat nor
firefox sources, and it's not removed by make.icecat.

I've been doing research but I can't find any documentation about it. Any
ideas? :)
