Yes, you have, There are ate least three messages in this list referring to the 
problem happening with IceCat and free open-source software:

Confirming same bug on lightspark-0.5.0 and icecat-6.0.

Further confirming same bug on gnash-0.8.9 and icecat-6.0.

1. LFS-6.8, Gnash 0.8.10dev (master-21273-aaa3f2c) (git, 15.Sep.2011) and 
IceCat 6.0.2.
2. Debian-6.0.1a LXDE, Gnash 0.8.8 and IceCat 6.0.2.

As you read above, the problem is either IceCat or any plugin to deal with 
flash animations or not.
