Hello.

Recently, I wanted to check if any IceCat binaries are available, and 
looked at <http://www.gnu.org/software/gnuzilla/>. I had text size set 
to a big value, and when looking at the Downloads section, didn’t see 
the sections with links to third-party binary packages.

I propose reordering the sections so that information about downloads of 
IceCat is all in one section's subsections, and information about 
downloads of add-ons (extensions, plug-ins, language packs) is in 
another one's. Please see the attached patch. Thanks.
