Hi:

Currently only the 64-bit is available (since this is what I run.) The
IceCat homepage needs to be updated. I would like to do both a 64-bit
and 32-bit but I have been lacking time to just compile lately. I will
install a virtual machine on my laptop (64-bit) to compile a version if
it helps.

If you want to go ahead and build a 32bit on a 64-bit machine, then I'd
recommend you try doing this over a virtualbox (this is available on
Trisquel and Debian repos I believe.) Install either Trisquel or Debian
32-bit, then install all of the required packages and you should be able
to work from there. This is also possible with Parabola/Arch but I have
not as much experience on that end.

I would think you'll run into less headache than trying to
cross-compile.
