Wikipedia needs to stop begging for donations and start implementing ads

Please add `wikipedia.org##div#centralNotice' to 
http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/filters/

This hides the centralNotice element used by Wikipedia to display 
donation requests.

This is a workaround of "Special:Preferences" "Gadgets" tab options 
"Suppress display of
fundraiser banners", and "Suppress display of all Central Notices", as 
the user does not
have to create an account.

The "centralNotice" element was identified with "Element Hiding Helper 
for Adblock Plus"



Also, this is exactly why I think uBlock better than Adblock Plus, the 
"extension has no monetization strategy and development is volunteered. 
uBlock's main developer, Raymond Hill, does not solicit donations."
