[Bug-gnuzilla] IceCat 52.0.2. Important: icecat -p -> Create Profile -- Startup session breaks lots of things

These bugs are only valid the first time you start a new profile (icecat 
-p) in IceCat 52.02. If you restart icecat they disappear. However, it 
is important to fix startup issues because people including myself have 
blamed these bugs on faulty mechanisms.
