It appears that the "See how it works" link on the Private Browsing
newtab page points to an invalid website:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/icecat/52.3.0/tracking-protection/start/
I would recommend either linking to
http://libreplanet.org/wiki/Group:IceCat/tracking-protection or to
Mozilla's original website for the tracking protection demonstration
(https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/52.3.0/tracking-protection/start/)
instead.
