[bug-gperf] Making a gperf release?

Hi Bruno,

The last gperf release (v3.0.4) was tagged 2009-02-02. Since then, I see
in the git logs that you have made several commits, particularly adding
the constants-prefix option which is very useful. Also, I believe the
online manual is generated from the git version, which is slightly
confusing in this case.

Would you consider doing a new gperf release, so the distros would get
the changes you made?
