Apple has admitted [6G30 gcc 3.1 header problem, Bug ID # 3162512]
that the following error output from a g++ compilation is due to a bug
in their implementation/installation of gcc-3.1:
formulabase.h:32: no matching function for call to
`std::type_info::type_info()
'
/usr/include/gcc/darwin/3.1/g++-v3/typeinfo:78: candidates are:
std::type_info::type_info(const char*)
/usr/include/gcc/darwin/3.1/g++-v3/typeinfo:72:
std::type_info::type_info(const std::type_info&)
This is using the gcc-3.1 from the MacOS 10.2.3 Developer tools,
December 2002 edition. Apple will give no date when a patch or
upgrade for their gcc-3.1 will be available.
In the meantime, is there a workaround I can use? Thanks,
