Reported by brian m. carlson as
[https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=241394 Debian #241394].

This ticket is starting life "postponed" because I don't see hopeful prospects
for its resolution at this time.

* All other _documented_ (by Tuthill) 4.2BSD extensions to _ms_ are
implemented in _groff ms_ and have been for many years.
* The macro names `CT` and `TM` collide with Bell Labs uses. Granted, those
are for cover sheet management and we don't support them either.
* But adding Berkeley `CT` and `TM` support would require complicating the
package to select between AT&T and BSD dialects of _ms_, something we have so
far largely avoided.
* Volunteers for this work are few.
