Follow-up Comment #9, bug#61453 (group groff):
In bug #65190 (which is a special case of this bug, applying to just the -man
and -mdoc macro packages), I posted this comment, which is more relevant here,
as it shows some historical demand for this feature in macro packages other
than those two.
