Did version 2.2, or some earlier version of inetutils, work on Windows?
While porting to Windows shouldn't be impossible, I don't think anyone
is taking care of that.
I've recently ported to the MSYS2 toolchain, including setting up a
GitLab CI/CD pipeline, for libidn, libidn2, libntlm, oath-toolkit and
some other projects, so I'll see how difficult it would be to do it for
inetutils too. The header you mention above needs to be provided by
gnulib, I suppose.
