Yes, new test cases that exercise previously unexercised code paths
or that are otherwise interesting will be considered.

You'll need to make the test case available under GPLv3+, since that's the
license of the libunistring tests.

For the form of the contribution, a patch (produced by 'diff -u' or
'git format-patch') is the right form. Please send it as attachment to
a mail, not inline in a mail.
