This below, contains two messages.  Although `elm' will consider
this to be one message because there is no NL separator
between the two messages.

Yes, the mime parse could be more forgiving for badly form
MIME messages.  The best course of action for badly form messages
like this is probably to leave it alone and give the message
as an unparse stream.  I'll mention this to dave.

This is 2 bugs for him?
- quoted-printable mangling the output.
- fallback for bad messages.
he'll be jumping with joy 8-).
