A design decision:
mailbox_create (&mbox1, "imap://address@hidden/INBOX");
mailbox_create (&mbox2, "imap://address@hidden/Mail/sam");
Only one imap folder is created to handle both mailboxes.
When doing normal operation on mbox1 or mbox2, the imap_folder
will send a SELECT if it is not the current one.
Imap folders are singletons, meaning there is only one instance
for a particular folder.
