Well, so far we had a convention not to include unfinished utilities
to the default build. Mh still contains only two utilities instead
of planned minimum of 15. The minimum set of utilities to be
implemented are:

ali    -- create a list of aliases
anno   -- annotate the message
comp   -- compose a message
dist   -- distribute a message to additional address
folder -- set/list current folder
mhn    -- handle MIME messages
pick   -- search for a message by pattern
repl   -- reply to a message
mhpath -- print full pathnames of MH folders
rmm    -- remove messages
mark   -- mark messages
refile -- file message in other folders
rmf    -- remove an MH folder
mhl    -- produce formatted listings of MH messages
whom   -- report to whom a message would go
send   -- send a message

This set of utilities will allow mailutils-mh to be used with Emacs mh-e
interface.
