Existing MH support should be able to read and create messages in a
maildir structure (except creating tmp/time.pid.host link) and I'll
soon modify the mbox URL to make it suitable for specifying users'
maildir directories. So you may base maildir support on MH module:
when anything gets rewritten in mbx_mh.c it won't affect the interface
functions, so you won't have to re-write you code (at least
